    After spending 15 years in the ‘corporate’ fitness world, I decided to create a new environment where people could set goals, achieve results, and have fun without the pressure of sales and without the fear of not seeing results. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals at 3 Form!

  • Cody | Personal Trainer

    Cody has 8 years of physical therapy and personal training experience, specializing in corrective exercise, mobilization and manual therapy to improve joint and muscle health. He has an extensive background in strength training. His clients have ranged from male and female competition prep to 80 year old clients working to improve strength and mobility. Cody competed from ages 16 to 23 and placed top 5 in the USA at age 19.

  • Brandon | Personal Trainer

    Brandon has spent most of his life as an athlete, playing baseball for 15 years. This included his time playing baseball in college at Lenior Rhyne University. Brandon was always in the gym, eager to learn how to improve his game. Through college, Brandon began studying exercise science and psychology. Alongside obtaining a bachelors in exercise science, Brandon attended The National Academy of Sports Medicine where he became a licensed trainer. Brandon fell in love with helping others achieve what they never thought they could. Allowing his clients to unleash their true potential. Specializing in corrective exercise, Brandon is dedicated to helping others learn to workout properly, efficiently and functionally.

  • Austin | Personal Trainer

    Austin has been a certified personal trainer for over a decade and has a master's degree in human services. Austin enjoys helping people achieve their fitness goals so that they can continue enjoying life to its fullest. When not at the gym, his hobbies include weight training, Pickleball, and all things sports/games.
