Our small group fitness classes and personalized 1:1 training sessions are designed to help you achieve the results you want. We purposely keep our classes small (less than 14 members per class) to provide a personalized feel to each workout.
Functionality is key at 3 Form Fitness. We care less about the number of reps you hit, or how fast your heart is beating. For us, it is all about the proper movements, the right form, and ultimately better results.
We encourage all of our members to take their training to the next level with our customized recovery programming. One of the easiest ways to achieve fitness results faster is to actively recover. Each of our trainers is certified in a number of Active Release Therapies.
